Borpan panel radiators are manufactured on fully automated production lines, utilizing the world's latest technology

High Efficiency

Borpan panel radiators are made from EN 10130 cold rolled steel sheet in compliance with EN442.

1.33 inch pitched water circulation channels and tall convectors welded directly on these channels provide rapid heat convection to the space and make you feel comfortable quickly.Radiators are also available with internal valve control (compact vent system).

Appearance

Borpan panel radiators are slim and elegant.

Easy to Clean

Borpan's design minimizes areas where dust and dirt can collect. It's easy to clean any radiator by removing the side and top cover grill.

Paint Finish

Each Borpan panel radiator undergoes a multistage pre-treatment process including cleaning, iron phosphating and passivation followed by a water-based epoxy polyster primer coat. Then an epoxy polyster powder coat is electrostatically applied to all front and rear surfaces.

The process complies with DIN 55900 standart. RAL 9016 (White) is the standard color, however other colors are available by special order.

Wide Range of Choices

Borpan radiators are manufactured in various heights between 12 to 36 inches, and in various lengths starting from 16 inches up to 120 inches in 4 inch increments.

Packaging

Each radiator is individually bubble-wrapped, their sides are covered with plastic corner protection pieces. Finally, each radiator is shrink-wrapped to achieve maximum durability during transportation and storage. The radiator is clearly marked with the type and size.

Borpan's quality management system is certified to the exacting ISO 9001:2000 international standard.

The panel radiators comply with NF, DIN Geprüft, EN 442, GOST-R, UKR Sepro and have the CE mark.

High Operating and Test Pressure

Every radiator is pressure tested at 188.549 psi and is suitable for working pressures up to 145.037 psi. Maximum working temperature is 248ºF.

All radiators can be fitted with thermostatic valves.

Towel Warmer Radiator

High Quality

• Each Borpan towel warmer is pressure tested at 145.037 psi (pounds per square inch) and is suitable for working pressures of up to 188.549 psi and temperatures of maximum 248ºF.
• Only the best raw materials are used. Vertical elements have a D profile cross-section with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. Horizontal bars have a wall thickness of 1.2 mm and a diameter of 22mm (.88 inches).
• Borpan towel warmers come with a 5-year material and workmanship warranty.
• Borpan towel warmers are manufactured according to the EN 442 standard, and the quality management system is certified under ISO 9001:2000.

Packaging

• Borpan towel radiators are packaged with wall-mounting accessories, blind plug and air vent plug.
• Each towel radiator is individually bubble-wrapped and placed into a cardboard box.

Surface Properties

• RAL 9016 Painted: After welding, towel radiators are subject to polishing and chemical surface cleaning followed by zinc phosphating and passivation for longer service life against corrosion. Then, a water-based polyester prime coating is applied by dipping. Each unit is finished with an epoxy polyester electrostatic powder coat.
• Chrome Coated: After welding, towel radiators are subject to polishing and chemical surface cleaning followed by electrochemical deposition of copper, nickel and chromium.

Compact Ventil Radiator

Thermostatic radiator valves are used on ventil compact panel radiators to adjust the heat level of radiators for convenient comfort control of the room's temperature. Ventil compact panel radiators provide bottom entry connection to the radiators for under floor pipe installations. Ventil compact panel radiators are produced as ventil to be placed on the right or left sides of the radiators.
